WINDOW CLEANING IN SANDPOINT

Being a Homeowner has it’s struggles. The reward totally outweighs the negative though. Part of these struggles include the tedious chores like Window Cleaning. You have a couple choices, you can either attempt to clean your windows or pay a professional company to do it. If you’ve taken on this task before you know what I’m talking about when I say it can be overwhelming. Scrubbing the same window over and over to only get a subpar end result. Or maybe you’re more advanced and use some of the tools the professionals use, like a squeegee and wet bar. If you’ve chosen either path, then you’ll relate to it being a very difficult task at hand. Window cleaning comes natural to professionals as they have been doing it over and over for years. Their muscle memory is trained to all the right movements. But for someone who hasn’t practiced it, you simply can’t expect the same window cleaning result.

Professional Window Cleaning Companies

There are professional company’s in your area which do nothing but clean windows. If you’re tired of the struggle I challenge you to do this. Hire one of these company’s just one time. I’m quite confident if you try it once you will never clean your own windows again. That is if you chose the right company. Like anything else there are good window cleaning company’s and bad ones. Also like anything else there are ways to determine which are which.

Choosing the Right Company

Choosing the right Sandpoint company doesn’t have to be difficult. Here are the steps to find a good one. First you’ll want to gather a pool of names. You can do this by performing google search with the service and city. For window cleaning your search would look something like this “Window Cleaning Company in Sandpoint” or “Window Cleaning Sandpoint” This will pull up several directories and individual websites to window cleaning company’s in the area. Make a list of all the company’s then it’s time to run your own background check on each.

Researching each one

When a person applies for a job, normal routine is to run a background check on them. One of these checks involves calling their references. Well, service company’s have these references as well. They’re called customer testimonials or reviews. These can be faked so it’s crucial you check in the right places. Going off reviews that are listed on a company’s website may not be that accurate as they could be made up. There are company’s on the web that specialize in gathering honest real reviews. How do you find them? Follow these simple steps. Take each of the names gathered in your search.  Now perform another search for each including the company name, city and the word Reviews. Your search would look like this “Company Name Sandpoint Reviews. This search will pull up sites like Google Plus, City Search, or Angies List. You have to be a member or have an account open to leave a review for a service company through one of these sites. Angies List is probably the most accurate I’ve come across. Most of these sites are free and you can view reviews left on that in-particular company at no charge. However Angies List does charge an annual fee of $5 to $15 and worth every penny in my opinion. I’m a subscribing member myself.

Other Credentials besides reviews

Alright, now I may become a little bias. There aren’t many award winning window cleaning company’s out there, but we are one of them. A Pane in the Glass received the Award for Best Window Cleaning Company in the Spokane 2011 thru 2014. Four consecutive years. Also receiving the Award for Best WIndow Cleaning in Coeur d’Alene for 2014. Angies List gives out their top Award called the Super Service Award every year to the top performing company’s. Yes you guessed it, we received that award too. Three consecutive years matter of fact. If you’re unfamiliar with how Angies List works, I’ll assure you this was no easy task.

How does Angies List Work

Angies List is a company traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Their specialty is bringing the customer and reputable company together. Charging a yearly membership fee between $5 and $15 gives the customer access to a data base of hundreds of service company’s. Once a customer uses a company, then they are asked to leave a review on how the company did. Angies List gives the customer the option to grade the work from A to F. If the company did a fantastic job then most likely they will get a very good grade. If they didn’t perform or offered poor customer service, this is going to show up on their profile as a bad grade. As you can see there isn’t any way to fake a review or hide a bad grade. It comes down to the company’s performance. Company’s cannot edit the review or change the grade. Once you get it, you’re stuck with it. In my opinion this also puts pressure on the company to provide the very best service going above and beyond. The Angies List Super Service Award is given to company’s which withhold a near perfect grade throughout the year. A near perfect grade means satisfying everyone. You’ve heard the saying, you can’t satisfy everyone right. Well you better as a window cleaning company if you want to claim this award.
